Refund policy

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession.

1. statutory right of withdrawal for consumers with a delivery address in Germany, in a member state of the European Union or in the United Kingdom

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are or will be delivered uniformly;
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail or by post). You can use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

You can also declare your revocation using the online form provided on our website. Upon receipt of your revocation, you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your revocation.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary for checking the quality, properties and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. This applies in particular to personalized products.

2 Contractual right of return for consumers with a delivery address in Switzerland

For orders with a delivery address in Switzerland, we voluntarily grant you a contractual right of return of fourteen days without giving reasons.

The return period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries or separate deliveries, the last goods.

3 Contractual right of return for consumers with a delivery address outside the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland

For orders with a delivery address outside the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we voluntarily grant you a contractual right of return of fourteen days from receipt of the goods.

If you exercise this voluntary right of return, we will charge a restocking fee of 5% of the respective item price. The restocking fee will be deducted accordingly from the refund.

We will provide you with a return label for the free return shipment.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of return before the return period expires.

Refund

If you make use of your contractual right of return, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, less a restocking fee of 5% of the respective item price.

The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt and inspection of the goods.
