Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2 - 3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 2 - 8 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be dispatched in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Undeliverable parcels
If your parcel cannot be delivered, we will inform you by e-mail. After several delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
Tip: If you have placed several orders, we will - if possible - combine them into one shipment to save shipping costs. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
Customs duties & taxes outside the EU
In countries outside the EU, the respective import regulations apply. Please note:

Returns & exchanges outside the EU
When you return products, you are considered the exporter. Responsibility is only transferred to us upon receipt of the return. Your shipping service provider can help you with the refund of paid import duties - please contact them directly.
