The finest calfskin from one of the most renowned French tanneries is used, made from carefully selected hides with a particularly dense, stable fiber structure. Only a small proportion of the already high-quality raw material meets the requirements for this exceptional leather.
Luxury leather gets its unmistakable character from an elaborate double tanning process in which mineral tanning is combined with vegetable tanning agents. The hides are then intensively greased in a special process. This creates an exceptionally soft, supple feel with an elegant, matt appearance. The leather is deliberately finished with restraint to preserve its authentic surface, natural depth and luxurious feel. Despite its fine appearance, it is durable and develops an individual, elegant patina over time.
