The warranty covers all manufacturing and material defects. Normal signs of use or improper use are excluded. Oberwerth also offers a professional repair service should your bag become damaged in everyday use.

Oberwerth delivers worldwide within the legal limits and specifications.
As Oberwerth ships worldwide, customs duties are incurred in some countries. These will be communicated to you separately by the courier and invoiced when your order arrives in the destination country. Please contact your local customs office to find out how much the fee will be.
For shipments within Europe, as well as to the USA and Japan, there are no customs charges.
