Processing your order
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday (working days) by 12:00 noon (CET). The estimated delivery time is displayed directly in the checkout - depending on the destination country (excluding customs delays).
We deliver worldwide within the scope of legal regulations.
DHL Standard: approx. 2-3 working days; shipping days: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday;
DHL Express & UPS: Delivery on the next working day (for orders placed before 12:00 CET - same day shipping)
Note: Due to current customs delays in the USA, delivery times may be longer - thank you for your understanding!
If your shipment cannot be delivered, we will inform you by e-mail. After several delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
Tip: If you have placed several orders, we will combine them into one shipment if possible to save on shipping costs. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

When you return products, you are considered the exporter. Responsibility is only transferred to us upon receipt of the return. Your shipping service provider can help you with the refund of paid import duties - please contact them directly.
