The handmade bags of the Hydro Line are made of hydrophobic leather, i.e. leather which has been given water-repellent properties by us through a special process. Thus, rain rolls off the bag with a beautiful lotus effect. The leather is velvety soft with an incredible grippy feel. Over the years, the hydrophobic leather gets its own patina and becomes your very personal companion. Since the leather continues to retain its natural breathability and structure despite hydrophobing, it may lead to slight color release under certain circumstances if the bag is exposed to high humidity, for example. This is in no way to be understood as a defect but distinguishes the hydrophobized leather as high quality and natural. The M bag is the safe place for one or two M cameras, numerous lenses and in the various compartments charger, lens hood and various accessories. A compartment for a tablet also exists. The Louis camera bag has been specially designed for the new Leica M11 and offers ideal comfort and protection for your new camera.

The bag was developed according to the requirements and comments of Leica Stores and passionate Leica users and was thought out down to the smallest detail. For example, the bottom of the bag as well as the outer walls have been heavily padded to minimize any damage from external influences such as hard knocks.

Thanks to the freely adjustable divider in the large main compartment of the bag, you can organize your equipment individually and customize the bag according to your needs. For example, your M11 with a 35mm or 50mm lens attached to it and an additional 75mm or 90mm lens, for example, will fit comfortably inside the bag. The two internal drawers also provide storage space for SD card, filters and much more. If you want to keep the electronic viewfinder / Visoflex on the camera, we recommend our Louis VFlex with enough depth to store the camera including the attached viewfinder / Visoflex!

The large front pocket offers further practical storage space for smaller personal items such as smartphones, batteries and chargers. On the back of the bag, notebooks or similar items can easily be stowed in a separate compartment without the bag being too bulky.

The Louis bag is handcrafted from 100% velvet-soft, tumbled cowhide leather and offers ideal carrying comfort thanks to the wide shoulder pad. The shoulder pad is freely adjustable on the cut-resistant strap and thus completely adaptable to your wearing habits. This guarantees optimal wearing comfort. Thanks to the length-adjustable strap, the bag can be worn both over the shoulder and across the torso.

The Louis bag is available entirely in noble black or with fine red decorative stitching.
