The vegetable-tanned leather comes from a tannery that is certified to the highest standard of the Leather Working Group (LWG) with Gold status. This ensures responsible, environmentally friendly and sustainable production. The leather is free of harmful substances, open-pored and breathable, allowing it to develop a beautiful patina over time, giving each bag a unique character. Cordura, on the other hand, is an extremely hard-wearing, water-repellent material that protects the bag from external influences and ensures durability.
