Payments
You can choose between the following payment options at check-out:

You can enter a discount or voucher code in the discount code window during the entire checkout process. The voucher will then be deducted from your shopping cart.

There is no minimum order value. However, there are various order values above which we will cover your shipping costs. These are communicated in the black banner above.

If you order in the Oberwerth Shop, you will receive a separate e-mail with your tracking data once your order has been received.
As soon as you receive this e-mail, your order is in our shipping department. Further details can now be found in the tracking data.
You will receive an order confirmation and your tracking data separately by e-mail. You can also register at oberwerth.com and view your order in your customer account.
Oberwerth delivers worldwide within the legal limits and specifications.
As Oberwerth ships worldwide, customs duties are incurred in some countries. These will be communicated to you separately by the courier and invoiced when your order arrives in the destination country. Please contact your local customs office to find out how much the fee will be.
For shipments within Europe, as well as to the USA and Japan, there are no customs charges.

You can of course order as a guest in the Oberwerth Shop without having to create a customer account. Once you have placed your desired products in the shopping cart, you can proceed directly to checkout.

Return
We are expressly sorry if you have received an incorrect or defective item from us. Should such a case occur, you can contact us by phone or e-mail and together we will find a solution that will leave you completely satisfied.

As soon as we have received your items, we will register your return and you will be refunded the full purchase price using the payment method you selected at the time of purchase.
After expiry of the 2-year statutory dealer warranty, Oberwerth offers you a lifetime warranty on your Oberwerth bags.

Oberwerth offers a 5-year guarantee on half cases. In order to claim this, we require your original proof of purchase in the event of damage.
