Refund policy
Right of withdrawal for customers within Germany, the EU, the United Kingdom and Switzerland
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (B&F Oberwerth GmbH & Co. KG, Friedrich-Mohr-Str. 13, 56070 Koblenz, Deutschland, info@oberwerth.com, Phone: +49 (0)261 9888 2444) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or by post). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal (DE, EU, GB, CH)
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt and inspection of the goods.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will we charge you any fees for this repayment.
You must return the goods to us within fourteen days of the declaration of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires. You shall bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that was not necessary to check the quality, properties and functionality of the goods.
Revocation (returns) from countries outside the EU (EU incl. United Kingdom & Switzerland)
For returns from non-EU countries, there is a right of return of 14 days from receipt of the goods.

You will then receive an address label for the free return shipment.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient if you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the goods.
If the goods are returned in the unopened original packaging, we will refund the full purchase price after receipt and inspection of the unused goods in their original packaging.
If the goods are not returned in the unopened original packaging, we will refund the full purchase price less a processing and restocking fee of 5% of the value of the goods after receipt and inspection of the goods.
Processing of the refund
The refund (in full or after deduction of the fee) will be made immediately, but no later than 14 days after the goods have been inspected. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
